1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 28, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A decision by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered on July 10, 2007 to June 18, 2012 to the Plaintiff Defendant without fixing the respective due date (the delivery date of a copy of the complaint - June 27, 2018).
