양수금 청구의 소
1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant A’s KRW 2,950,473,538 and KRW 727,00,000 among them:
B. Defendant B and C are deceased.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, among the description on the cause of the claim, D’s obligation, died on June 6, 2013 and succeeded to the respective shares of Defendant B and C, and the said Defendants were subject to the Seoul Family Court Decision 2014-Ma3117 on July 22, 2014, which was inherited by the said Defendants, and thus, they sought payment of the respective inherited obligation jointly and severally with Defendant A within the scope of the inherited property from D.
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant A: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant B or C: Judgment made by deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
