A. On August 26, 2005, the Plaintiff filed an application against the Defendant for a payment order of the amount of 80,000,000 won with the Changwon District Court Decision 2005Da5345, and on August 26, 2005, the said court ordered the Plaintiff to pay 5% per annum from February 8, 2004 to the date of service of the payment order, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment. The said payment order was served on the Defendant on September 26, 2005, and became final and conclusive on October 11, 2005.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of extinctive prescription of the above payment order.
