1. The defendant shall state to the plaintiffs the "amount claimed" column in the list of "the date of entry of the plaintiffs and the amount claimed."
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company running urban bus transportation business, and the plaintiffs are drivers who are employed by the defendant company on each day stated in the "date of entry" column in the list of "the date of entry" in attached Form 1.
B. Plaintiff C, D, F, I, K, and M retired and returned from office on each of the date stated in the “inward column” column in attached Table 1.
C. The labor relations between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant were determined by the collective agreement and wage agreements concluded between the Daegu bus branch of the National Automobile Trade Union Federation (hereinafter “Trade Union”) to which the Plaintiffs belong and the bus transport business association of Daegu Metropolitan City (hereinafter “business association”) to which the Defendant belongs. The major contents of the collective agreement and wage agreement from 2007 to 2009 (hereinafter “each collective agreement and wage agreement of this case”) are as follows.
1) The working system and working hours per day shall be two educational programs per day; the shift working hours after A.M. shall be based on 14:30; the number of working days per month shall be 22 days per basic working day (20 days for February and 21 for leap year) and 24 days per extended working day (22 days for February and 23 days for leap year).
B) Work hours shall be 8 hours a day’s basic work day, 1 hours a week’s basic work day, 40 hours a week’s basic work day, 5 hours a week’s overtime work day, and 9 hours a day’s overtime work (one hour a week’s overtime work) in the case of overtime work day. Work hours shall be 2 hours a day’s overtime work day, and shall be 9 hours a day’s overtime work day’s overtime work day (one hour and two hours a day’s overtime work day). Work hours shall be 2 hours a month’s wage system driver’s wages shall be based on the monthly basic wage system, and shall be 24 days a month’s overtime work day (22 days a day’s basic work day, two days an extended work day) as determined in wage negotiations, plus overtime work allowance, night work allowance, work on board allowance, and work adjustment allowance.
