A. The Plaintiff is a person awarded a subcontract for construction work for reconstruction of D post offices (hereinafter “instant construction work”) from C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”), and the Defendant is the representative director of C.

B. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for the payment of part of the subcontract price as C did not pay the remainder of the subcontract price even after receiving a subcontract for the instant construction work from C, and the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for the payment of the construction price under 2010 Gapo-Ma1109. On June 14, 2011, C declared that on December 16, 2009 to January 24, 2011, 5% per annum and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment, C did not pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of 138,48,692, and the interest rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment, and C did not pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of 138,48,692, and C did not pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of 130% per annum and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23520, Dec. 12, 2012>

C. C’s receipt of completion money for the instant construction project was paid KRW 146,722,00 as the completion money for the instant construction project from the application for remainder of the construction project that ordered the instant construction project around December 8, 2009.
