The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On September 19, 2014, at around 05:55, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim D (the victim’s age 24) as a matter of the business owner and the drinking value; and (b) assaulted the victim’s back head debt by hand.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Declaration of intention that the victim does not want punishment after prosecution;
(c) Public prosecution dismissal: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
