1. As to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff, the Defendant is based on the name of the trust administrator on November 7, 2020.

However, on January 9, 2012, the Plaintiff changed the purpose of the primary claim to the claim for the performance of the procedure for the transfer registration of ownership on the ground of the trust in the name of the primary claim on the date of the second pleading.
2. Judgment by publication service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

In conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to perform the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on November 7, 2020, which was the delivery date of the instant complaint concerning the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet, for the Plaintiff (as the Plaintiff’s primary claim is accepted, it shall not be determined as to the conjunctive claim).
