1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 193,335,465 and KRW 192,49 among them, from March 15, 2019 to July 15, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the claim was corrected as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
