1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and the annual interest thereon from August 1, 2010 to January 3, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Where the Defendant, indicating the claim, borrowed KRW 50,00,000 as the remainder of the purchase price of the child is required, and the Defendant borrowed KRW 50,000 to the Defendant on April 28, 2010, with the due date set as the end of July, 2010, but did not pay the loan and delay damages. As such, the Defendant sought payment for the loan and delay damages.
