For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court convicted all of the charges of this case.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations as stated in the grounds of appeal and did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the establishment of a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Misappropriation) and an occupational breach of trust, calculation of the amount of profit, and recognition of illegality,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
