A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 2199"
1. A. On November 14, 2015, the second criminal defendant is suspected of damage to public goods in the D Zone of the Police Station of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station, which is located in the F of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station around 15:00, and under the state that both polar disorder and/or ability to discern things or make decisions are lacking.
