Purport of claim and appeal

1.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On or around March 1991, the Plaintiff is a management body comprised of sectional owners of the Seongbuk-gu D Commercial Building (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).

B. On January 18, 198, the Defendants: (a) registered the preservation of co-ownership on each 1/14 portion of the third floor No. 7 (517.95 square meters for the exclusive ownership portion; hereinafter “instant store”); and (b) registered the transfer of co-ownership on each 6/14 portion of the remaining co-ownership on the ground of sale and purchase on March 11, 1988; and (c) registered the transfer of co-ownership on each 6/14 portion of the remaining co-ownership as of March 11, 198; and (d) owned each 1/2 shares

All occupants under Article 18 (Articles of Incorporation and Management Business Regulations) of the Articles of Incorporation (Enforcement of April 22, 201) shall receive the articles of incorporation and the business regulations and shall be faithfully complied with.

Provided, That when the articles of incorporation and the management business regulations are received, the person and the seal shall be affixed.

Article 19 (Management Regulations) The self-governing Management Regulations for the enforcement of this Articles of Incorporation shall be separately determined by the board of directors.

All expenses for the management of Article 6 (Expenses) of the Management Business Regulations (Enforcement on April 22, 2011) shall be appropriated as management expenses paid by occupants.

Article 9 (Matters concerning Unpaid Management Expenses of Owners of Undeveloped Shop Store)

1. The owner (including the owner of a land) shall pay the management expenses calculated by the prosperity meeting even if he/she does not operate the business in the commercial building;

section 10 (Observance of Management Expenses and Regulations)

1. (Ommission omitted) Occupants shall bear management expenses, such as electricity, water supply and sewerage systems, cleaning expenses, personnel expenses, management and maintenance expenses, building operation and maintenance expenses, and other operating expenses;

(Management Expenses shall be calculated on a commercial street and imposed on the commercial street); 2. At the management office of the business center of the business center of the business center, the expenses under Article 10 (1) shall be calculated each month and a notice of payment of the management expenses shall be issued

3. The occupants who have received the notice of management expenses for the current month shall pay them within the business hours of the designated receiving institution by the designated date;
