Examining the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the land of obstruction of general traffic, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the land of obstruction of general traffic, or by violating the principle of clarity of the statutoryism
