The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On May 31, 2019, around 23:40 on the charge, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand, on the ground that he reported that the Defendant was seated at the victim D, and demanded the victim to get off, on the part of the victim’s head, face, etc., in front of “C” located in Seoul, Seoul.

1. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
2. Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
3. Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
