A. A. Around June 8, 2007, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) for land rent claim under the Incheon District Court Decision 2007Kadan56219.

(2) In the above lawsuit, the decision of recommending reconciliation that “the Plaintiff, etc. shall jointly and severally pay to the Defendant 10,000,000 won and 40/102 shares out of 354 square meters in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B from March 28, 2008, or 694,00 won per month from the date of delivery of shares or from the date of loss of ownership of the Defendant’s share in the above land (hereinafter “the decision of recommending reconciliation of this case”) was finalized on June 18, 2008.

B. The Defendant’s compulsory execution and the second distribution (1) on December 11, 2009, the Defendant filed an application for a compulsory auction against No. 102 of the ground No. 102 (hereinafter “building No. 102”) with the Incheon District Court C as the executive title of the instant decision to recommend reconciliation, and on September 17, 2010, received 30,605,145 won from the above auction procedure (hereinafter “first distribution”).

(2) On March 12, 2012, the Defendant filed an application for a compulsory auction against F’s Incheon Southern-gu B No. 401 (hereinafter “Building No. 401”) with the title of execution for the decision to recommend the settlement of this case with the Incheon District Court E. On April 17, 2014, the Defendant received dividends of KRW 14,650,817 from the above auction procedure (hereinafter “second dividends”).

C. (1) The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) lost the ownership of the building of the Plaintiff, etc. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) on November 16, 201 to G on November 16, 2011, to H on October 19, 2010, to H on the same page No. 202 (hereinafter “building No. 201”) and to H on February 9, 201; (2) Selection J on the same page No. 101 (hereinafter “Building No. 101”); and (3) Selection J on the same page No. 101 (hereinafter “Building No. 101”), to G on February 6, 2013; and (3) D on the same page No. 102, Jun. 4, 2010;
