A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
"2018 Highest 3744"
1. Purchasing crypoids;
A. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 900,00 in the bank account (C) that the seller informed of the name-oriented mental medicine, which was known through B fishing, at the point of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu 309 Bank Gangseo-gu, and then purchased KRW 300,00 by means of purchasing approximately 1g of the rophonephone, which is contained in the transparent plastic bag attached by the seller of the said rophone to the bank account (hereinafter “rophone”); and (b) moving the place to a rophone located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government locked-dong, and then purchasing it by means of bringing about 1g of the rophone, which is contained in the transparent plastic bag attached by the seller of the rophone.
B. On February 6, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 7,50,00 in the same manner as indicated in paragraph 1 at the point of the said Korean bank note, at the point of the said bank, the Defendant purchased KRW 7,50,000 by means of bringing about approximately KRW 1g of the philopon, which is contained in the transparent plastic bag attached by the said philphone seller, by moving the said lap to a lap-dong lap-dong in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government lap-dong to a lap-dong lap-dong.

On May 4, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 7,50,000 from the new bank lectures located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in the same manner as indicated in paragraph 1 at the location of Gangseo-gu, the Defendant purchased KRW 7,50,00 by means of bringing about approximately 1g of the philophone, which is contained in the transparent plastic bag attached by the said philophone seller, by moving it to the string in Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 18:00 on January 25, 2018, the Defendant administered 17,000 a.m. in the dwelling space of the Defendant, Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 102 202 Dong 202, a.m., purchased, such as the description 1-A.m., to a coffee 1-g.m.
B. On February 6, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.25g of the penphonephones purchased, as described in paragraph 1-B, in the same manner as described in paragraph 2-A.
