On April 27, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Offenses Act in Seoul Southern District Court on April 27, 2018, and the above case is currently pending in the final appeal.

Criminal facts

On May 2014, the Defendant, together with YY, decided to operate a partnership with YY as the representative of Y, and received and kept a certificate of his seal impression, a certificate of seal impression, a copy of resident registration certificate, etc. for business registration.

Defendant 1 had the above seal imprint, etc. in mind to purchase a motor vehicle in the name of YY after the Y.

1. Crimes related to the purchase of Bosch Rexroth vehicles;

A. On August 10, 2014, the proxy forgery: (a) the Defendant did not receive delegation from Y on the purchase, disposal, etc. of vehicles from Y at an unknown place; (b) but, in order to use it for the purchase, etc. of vehicles in the name of the Bank of Bankruptcy, Y, the representative director of the Bank of Bankruptcy, Y, who is the representative director of the Bank of Bankruptcy, Y, using a computer, prepared a proxy form to delegate all the powers such as the use, disposal, etc. of vehicles in the name of the representative director to the Defendant; and (c) forged one copy of the Y proxy form by affixing Y

B. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant continuously purchased a motor vehicle with Y from BG located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government without obtaining consent to purchase of the motor vehicle from Y, but then forged one Chapter of the Motor Vehicle Sale Contract in the name of Y by stating “Y”, “Y”, “GS450h”, “GS450h”, and “Y” on the paper of the Motor Vehicle Sale Contract in that location, using a test color fence, and signing the contract on September 2, 2014.

The Defendant, on September 2, 2014, delivered a forged power of attorney and a motor vehicle trade contract to the above BG salesperson BH, as if he/she were a document forged in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the delegation of the Y name and a document duly formed a motor vehicle trade contract.
