The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On October 23:08, 2019, from around 23:08 to 23:18 of the same day, the Defendant laid D buses at the bus stops located in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service F bus stops, and publicly insulting the victims of the charges by publicly insulting the victim’s desire to “I will see whether I will see weather, leisure, death, or death,” on the ground that many bus passengers have moved to another place.
2. Determination
(a) Provisions of applicable provisions to charges: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;
(b) Offenses subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;
C. The record reveals that the victim submitted a written withdrawal of the complaint to the defendant on August 13, 2020 to this court.
