Reasons

According to the records, even if the defendant was notified of the notification of the receipt of the trial records by this court on May 8, 2013, the defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the statement of grounds for appeal under Article 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act. The petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal, nor does it find any grounds for ex officio examination on the records. Thus, the defendant's appeal shall not be accepted
