1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 28,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 2% per annum from December 24, 2015 to March 24, 2016; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
According to the evidence Nos. 1-6 and 2-2 of the evidence Nos. 1-2, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 28,00,000 to the Defendant on December 24, 2015 by setting the interest rate of KRW 2% per annum and June 30, 2016.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 28,00,000 won with the interest rate of 2% per annum from December 24, 2015 to March 24, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
