As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, it is recognized that only 15% per annum from the date following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
