1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 46,120,052 and KRW 38,137,517 among them, per annum from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 34.9% per annum from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment, so the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 46,120,052 and KRW 38,137,517.
