A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.117% from a 100-meter distance from the 100-meter section of the blood alcohol level to the Rusburel road located in the same Ri on June 14, 2016.
2. The Defendant was required to present a driver’s license in order to verify personal information by the police box of Kimcheon Police Station C, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports on disturbance of drinking and driving of drinking at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
In order to avoid the discovery of the fact that the Defendant himself/herself is fineed and that he/she was driving without a license, he/she had expressed his/her name in the driver's column of the state driver's circumstantial statement report prepared in the control process, and signed by stating his/her name "E" in the driver's column of the state driver's circumstantial statement report prepared in the control process.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged documents in the name of E, a private document on proof of facts.
3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, submitted a false report on the circumstances of the driver’s statement forged at the same time and at the same time and at the same place, submitted it to D as if he had been aware of the forgery.
4. When the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by driving under drinking at the date and time as described in paragraph (1), and at the place as described in paragraph (2), he was living together with the police officer as described in paragraph (2).
E's name and resident registration number (F) was given to the name and resident registration number (F), and used unlawfully another person's resident registration number.

5. On March 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseed driving) by around March 4, 2017, in support of the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on April 4, 2014.
