The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of such crime, and found the defendant not guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
