1. The defendant,

A. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 90,66,000 and KRW 50,00,000 among them

B. Plaintiff B shall be KRW 181,33,000, and

Reasons

1. On January 31, 2001, Plaintiff A indicated that KRW 50,000,000 was due and payable to the Defendant on July 31, 2001, and lent it at 24% per annum.

Plaintiff

B on May 10, 2001, 100,000 won was determined and lent to the Defendant on November 10, 2001 as due date for payment, and 24% per annum.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
