Defendant

A and Defendant B play a role in gambling and operating gambling by leasing gambling places and ladr, and Defendant C plays a role in attracting customers and exchanging them in a gambling place, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G play a part of inducing betting.

The Defendants: (a) provided a place for gambling with casino chips, documentary chip cards, table cards, and tablers to change cash to chips; (b) distributed two chips to gamblings; (c) distributed two chip cards in order; and (d) opened a table to raise the amount in front of five chip cards in order; and (e) combined the five chip cards and the two chip cards held by each of the gamblings with the five chip cards on the floor; and (b) opened a chip chip in order of the highest ranking by combining the five chip cards on the floor and the two chip cards held by each of the gamblings, with the highest ranking of the seven chip in this manner; and (c) opened a chip chip in order of 5,000 won per chip and 2,000 won per chip or 5,000 won per chip in two chip.

The Defendants’ joint crime (LA 6th floor gambling place in the building) led to the above conspiracy, Defendant A and Defendant B, along with M and N, employed them to lease a gambling place and to ende and manage the gambling place, and Defendant C decided to play a role in attracting customers, and Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G.

Therefore, from March 30, 2016 to May 7, 2016, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D received money in the name of gambling usage fees, from March 30, 2016 to May 7, 2016, from March 30, 2016 to April 2016, from the 6th floor of the Busan Suwon L Building, and from the above method, Defendant B, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G, to the police officer from March 30, 2016 to April 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendants are M&N.
