2. The Plaintiff asserts that the demand for distribution of this case by the Defendant constitutes an abuse of rights or an unfair exercise of rights, and thus, should not be allowed. However, in light of the aforementioned legal principles, the demand for distribution by the Defendant constitutes abuse of rights.
Since it cannot be seen as an exercise of rights or unfair exercise of rights, the plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.
3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
