1. The defendant shall pay 28,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 19, 2015, lent KRW 20 million to the Defendant on April 30, 2016 as the due date for repayment. Since the Plaintiff leased KRW 8.4 million on August 3, 2015 without the due date for repayment, the Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, sought payment of KRW 28.4 million in total, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint, to the day of full payment.
