A. The Defendant is a company running the instant golf course, “G” located in the F in Seocho-si (hereinafter “instant golf course”), and the Plaintiffs are the users of the instant golf course, who suffered an accident.

B. On July 14, 2015, H, the glick of the instant golf course, boarded the Plaintiffs into the golf course (hereinafter “instant golf course”) and moved to the decline section for the purpose of movement of the said golf course around 09:40.

However, the golf of this case was bound in the downhill road, and it was cut down according to the downway without a speed to the operation of the H’s brake system, and went away from the running route, and conflict with the trees on the fladro, and thereafter, the golf of this case was formed under the fladne, and all of the plaintiffs went away from the golf of this case.

The results of the appraisal conducted by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation on Apr. 4, 2016 with respect to the golf of this case stated as follows: “The golf of this case does not find any trouble or defect that may be deemed to have caused serious degradation to the same function at the time of the instant accident.”

On October 28, 2016, the prosecutor of the Gu's Office of Public Prosecutor's Office brought a public prosecution against H on October 28, 2016, stating that the name of the crime was "the injury caused by occupational negligence", and that the facts charged was "H caused the instant accident due to the failure to manipulate the golf club of this case and sustained injury."

(e) Summary Order;

The JJ of the I Hospital on July 23, 2015 provides that the clinical name of the Plaintiff B in relation to the Plaintiff on July 23, 2015 shall be “1. Hain’s salt and tension;

2. Saltes and tensions of the bones of wood;
