마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metrophographs (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) as follows.
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On January 4, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, purchased philophones by taking approximately KRW 2,800,000 out of 10,000 from the fluoral phone room near the D Park's non-fluorial telephones located in Mayang-gu, Manyang-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, to E, and purchasing philophones at the fluorial room near the D Park's non-fluorial room.
B. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, sold a one of a single-use philopon, one of which consists of KRW 200,000 from H, which was stopped in the vicinity of the G Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and approximately 0.35 g of philopon, at the beginning of the first half of the first half of the year in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

At around 14:00 on January 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1,00,000 from L in front of the J Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and sold a single philophone, one of which consists of approximately 0.7g philopon.
(d)
On January 1, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 fromO before N points located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, and sold a single philopon, one of which consists of approximately 0.35g philopon.
2. Receipt of Handphones;
A. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from Q’s house located in Q in Q in Q P at Jung-si around 12:00 to Q in lieu of phiphones; (b) received a single philophone from Q to Q in lieu of philophones; and (c) received one philophones containing approximately 0.6g of philophones.
B. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at Q’s house located in Kun-si P to Q, sold a phiphone instead of Q; and (b) received two philophones for a single philophones containing approximately 0.8g of philophones.
3. The Defendant, on January 4, 2015, administered philophones, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from E in the non-fluorial guest room near D park located in Manan-gu, Manyang-si, Mayang-si.
