1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with Nonparty C to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the Defendant’s response thereto from September 28, 2011 to January 23, 2015.
Reasons
1. On March 29, 2011, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant, and C jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s loan obligation on September 21, 201.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks to pay a loan of KRW 30 million and damages for delay jointly and severally with C to the Defendant.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
