1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,354,697 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from January 13, 2014 to April 28, 2015, and April 29, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the exceeding part of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.
