마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 6142] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on May 1, 2014, on a first-come first-come-served date, administered the camon medication by inserting approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs, a single-use campon, a psychotropic drug, in a single-use camopon (hereinafter “camopon”), and dilution it with water, at around 18:00, near the Sail Station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sail Station; and (b) having C injection the Defendant’s arms.
2. On May 16, 2014, at around 19:00 on May 16, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 ghon to the Defendant’s arms, and dilution them with water at the mutual influories near the error station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and at least 0.05 ghon to the single-use injection machine.
3. On May 17, 2014, around 10:00 on May 17, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 gopon into the Defendant’s arms at the cross-disculatory telephones like the foregoing paragraph 2, and dilution with water, and then making C injection into the Defendant’s arms.
4. On June 2014, at around 21:00 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant administered a scopon medication by inserting approximately 0.05g of opon into the mutual influorial telephone in the vicinity of the Songpa-gu Office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Songpa-gu, and divating it with water, and allowing male influoral influor to injection the Defendant’s arms.
5. On November 1, 2014, around November 21, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 gopon in the Maurto D located in the Do Government-dong at Do Government-si at Do Government-si on November 1, 2014, and dilution with water, and then having male incompopon in the name of the Defendant injection into the Defendant’s arms.

1. On September 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at the passenger room near the Sejong Station located in the Sejongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Appellee.
