2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

A. On January 2, 2017, the Plaintiff was a company with the objective of manufacturing, processing, selling, etc. pharmaceutical products, medical compounds, etc., and merged D with the Plaintiff on January 2, 2017.

B. Around 209, the president of the Korea Development Institute agreed with the Defendant, “The main research institute shall be the Defendant, and the Government shall pay research and development expenses (hereinafter “instant research and development projects”), and the head of the research management institute shall be the Defendant; the head of the research management institute shall be the Defendant; the head of the research research institute shall be the head of the research research institute; the term “the first-stage agreement for the first-year period,” the research period of which is between December 1, 2009 and November 30, 2010; the term “the second-stage agreement for the second-stage, 2010 to December 1, 2010 to December 30, 2013; the term “the second-stage period for the second-stage, second-stage, second-stage, 2010 to December 30, 2011 to December 13, 2011,” respectively.
