1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,323,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 22, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where the applicable provisions of the Acts apply mutatis mutandis), the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
