1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 216,650,388 as well as KRW 100,000 among them, with full payment from December 18, 2002.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and ‘debtor D' as ‘Defendant', and the payment order has become final and conclusive with respect to ‘debtor D'.
