1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 144,983,869 won and 20% per annum from June 17, 2019 to the day of full payment.
The plaintiff was working at the "C" workplace operated by the defendant from December 9, 1996 to June 2, 2019, and the defendant was in arrears with the total amount of wages and retirement allowances of 144,983,869 won to the plaintiff, and the defendant is not in dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of arguments in the items in subparagraphs 1 and 3.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 144,983,869 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 17, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the expiration of 14 days from the date of retirement.
The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
