The defendant is a person driving a BMW car.
On March 24, 2014, at around 22:30, the vehicle was driven under the influence of alcohol by about 200 meters from the front side of the cream public parking lot located in the cream-dong of Busan Metropolitan City to the front side of the cream public parking lot located in the cream-dong of Busan Metropolitan City.
