However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From February 17, 2004 to March 20, 2015, the Defendant served as the head of the Eagricultural Cooperative Association located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, and on March 11, 2015, the Defendant was a person who was a candidate for the head of the association at the same time in an election for the head of the association nationwide on March 11, 2015.

The head of an agricultural cooperative shall not make contributions to provide money, goods, or other property benefits to an elector or his/her family members while in office.

Nevertheless, on February 2, 2015, the Defendant visited G's house, which is a member of the said association, located in the Y in the Y of the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, YY, and provided G with two copies of the rural Love gift certificates of 50,000 won, including the Defendant’s provision of two copies of the rural Love gift certificates of 50,000 won, at the beginning of January 2015.

2. By providing 33 persons, such as members or their families, etc. of the above union with a total sum of 50,000 won 68,00 won for rural Love gift tickets, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes, made contributions while in office.
