1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,960,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 4, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The Plaintiff partially rejected the loan amounting to KRW 20,960,000,00 for delay damages, calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from August 13, 2011 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment. However, there is no evidence of the reimbursement agreement, and thus, the damages for delay shall be deemed to have accrued from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case
Therefore, this part of the claim is dismissed as it is without merit.
