A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, the fraud on March 12, 201, and around May 12, 2014.
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and on May 26, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Fraudulent crime against victim D;

On September 16, 2013, the Defendant received money of KRW 20 million from the injured party to the above (F) account in the name of F, and acquired it by fraud.
2. Crimes against victims G and H;
A. On December 2013, the Defendant altered official documents, without authority, made a copy of the Defendant’s vehicle driver’s license held without authority for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s vehicle driver’s license at the sixth floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, and then changed the part of the “J” among the resident registration numbers to K by using computers.
