The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.
On September 2, 2015, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.186% among the blood transfusion around 23:30 on September 2, 2015, the Defendant driven the said five-meter section on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
