Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
Around 10:00 on August 16, 2017, the Defendant driven a Class B car without obtaining a driver's license from the front day of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul 82-ro 82-11 (Seoul Highdong), to the lower day of the 35-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic Games, 35-gil 9 (Sacheondong).

1. Inquiries about driver's license and the application of Acts and subordinate statutes reporting the situation of driver's license;
1. Article 152 of the relevant Act and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, and the selection of fines concerning the crime;

In light of the sentencing conditions indicated in the trial of this case, it does not seem that the amount of fine specified in the summary order is excessive even considering the fact that the defendant was subject to criminal punishment for the same kind of crime for the reason of sentencing under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act, as well as the fact that the defendant was found to have been driving without a license even before three days prior to the instant crime.
