1. The defendant shall pay 5,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On April 13, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 55 million, monthly rent of KRW 50,000,000 from the Defendant on April 13, 2018; and (b) paid the lease deposit to the Defendant from April 13, 2018 to April 12, 2020; and (c) the said lease was terminated upon the expiration of the lease term. (b) The Plaintiff filed a claim for the return of the lease deposit by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
