1. Defendant B and C captured rubber boats from around August 2, 2012 to around 01:00 of the following day from around August 21, 2012 to around 01:00 of the following day, Defendant C her rubber, and Defendant B captured C’s water and 17 km, such as rocketing, by releasing electric currents under the water speed as at the place of production for the flow of electric current, and cutting it into water and cutting it into water to sunrise, from around sunrise, from around September 13, 2012 to around 03:20 on September 13, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to capture marine animals and plants on inland waters by using electricity.

2. The Defendants D and E captured 2.5 km from around 17:00 to 22:00 on August 23, 2012, 2012, Defendant E adjusted rubber boats, and Defendant D captured 170.9 km in the same manner from around 03:20 on September 13, 2012 in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List, including: (a) releasing currents in the water speed as at the place where the current is produced to flow; and (b) cutting off the public water body, which was cut off to the water speed; and (c) cutting off to the water speed to the water speed to the water speed; and (d) capturing 170.9 km in the aggregate by means of the public water body, such as rocketing, an aquatic animal, at least ten times, from around 03:20 on September 13, 2012.

3. Defendant A
