1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,869,083 and KRW 49,885,050 among the Plaintiff, respectively, shall be 15% per annum from April 8, 2015 to September 16, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The portion of the damages for delay after October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate of which exceeds 15% per annum, is amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, as the provisions on statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal for the Grounds of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act are dismissed.
