A. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter “Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act”) provides that the Defendant sent a text message to the victim on April 6, 2016, stating that “Ixa, Ixa, Ixa, Ixa, I am dead, I am dead, and I am dead” on the ground that the victim C (the age of 43) who was a school member was the Hague, and the Defendant did not appear to have a substantial obstacle to the Defendant’s exercise of the right of defense. However, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim during the period from around that time to June 4, 2016, as shown in the first list of crimes in the [excluding each “(s)”] of the first 541 times until September 27, 2016, stating “53 times” but it appears that this would not interfere with the Defendant’s exercise of the right of defense ex officio, and thus, the Defendant sent it to the victim’s first 25.
