The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is reasonable to affirm the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the defendant on the charge of obstruction of performance of official duties among the facts charged in this case, on the grounds as stated in its holding. Contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the legality of performance of official duties in the crime

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
