However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 20:00 on December 8, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven an Eststren vehicle at approximately 10km from the 38-1st day of Gwangju City, Gwangju to the (ju) Doro, Gwangju.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) caused a traffic accident by leaving the string to the left turn beyond the center line on the road located in the neck-dong, Gwangju-si, thereby leading to a traffic accident in front of 5 K5 vehicles of the Victim F (the age of 36), and the victim demanded the Defendant to leave the vehicle after leaving the vehicle of the Defendant in order to resist the Defendant.

The Defendant: (a) had the victim rapidly driven the said vehicle even though he demanded the said vehicle in front of the said stringing vehicle, and (b) had the victim, who was frightened, continued to drive the vehicle in front of the said vehicle without being faced with it; (c) demanded the victim to stop the vehicle; and (d) knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knife knife knife knife knife knife

As a result, the Defendant, using the above rocketing vehicles, which are dangerous objects, inflicted injury on the victim, such as the shot, shot-in salt, tensions, etc. requiring approximately three weeks of treatment.
