However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years and six months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer any medium access to electronic financial transactions;

Nevertheless, on December 2019, the defendant is an officer of the company, and there is a need for an account to receive corporate funds instead of paying taxes.

2. Violation of telecommunications business Act.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.

(b) No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications of a third party;

On December 2, 2019, the Defendant, at least 6 million won, on the condition that he/she was used for four days in bank accounts and mobile phone pay attention.
